Lauren LaRoche

Lauren LaRoche is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Operations at Ballina Capital. Lauren is part of the FiSolve team as a Senior Operations and Compliance Adviser. FiSolve helps asset management and financial services firms achieve and sustain excellence in operational processes, legal oversight and compliance support.

Previously, Lauren held the role of Head of Client Operations at Jackson Square Partners where she focused on client and trade operations and provided compliance support in a de facto deputy Chief Compliance Officer role. She has over 20 years of experience in investment management operations expertise serving institutional clients with end-to-end solutions across client service, compliance and marketing.

Lauren received her B.S. in Economics and minor in Political Science from Northeastern University.
