Benchmark for International All Cap Value is VXUS (Vanguard Total International Stock ETF)

Benchmark for International Small Cap Value is VSS (Vanguard FTSE All World ex US Small Cap ETF). Prior to October 18, 2022, the composite was named Global Small Cap Value. For periods presented October 18, 2022 and later, the composite is compared against VSS (Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US Small Capital Index Fund). For periods presented prior to October 18, 2022, the composite is compared against a custom blended benchmark comprised of 50% IWM (iShares Russell 2000) and 50% VSS (Vanguard FTSE All world ex US Small Cap), rebalanced monthly. The International Small Cap Value Composite was created and incepted December 1, 2017.
